The Logistifie Dispatch System allows you to manage different types of clients efficiently. Follow these steps to add a new client into the system.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Client" Section

1. Login to your Logistifie Admin Dashboard.

2. On the left sidebar menu, click on “Client” to expand the options available.
3. You will see three types of client categories:
  1. Corporate

  2. Individual

  3. Sub-Contractor


🔹 Corporate Clients

  1. These are business or organization clients who may have multiple bookings and require invoice-based billing.
  2. Click on Corporate to view, manage, or add new corporate clients.

🔹 Individual Clients

  1. Use this for regular, personal clients who make single or repeated bookings for themselves.
  2. Click on Individual to handle personal accounts.

🔹 Sub-Contractors

  1. These are third-party providers or partner companies you may assign jobs to.
  2. Click on Sub-Contractor to add or manage your external service providers.


Step 2: Open Corporate Client Section & Click "Add New"

Once you click on "Corporate" under the "Client" section, you’ll be taken to the Corporate Account Summary page. Here you can view a list of all existing corporate clients.


To Add a New Corporate Client:

1. Click the "+ Add New" button located at the top right corner of the page.
2.  A new form page will open where you need to enter the client’s details.

🔒 Mandatory Fields Include:

  • Company Name

  • Office Address

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Other fields as required by your company’s policy

Make sure to fill in all mandatory fields before submitting (Commision Setup Fields are optional).



3.  After completing the form, scroll down and click the "Submit" button to save the new client.
4.  You’ll be redirected or return to the Corporate Account Summary page.
5.  The newly added client will now appear in the client list with their details.

Step 3: Understanding the Differences Between Client Types

When adding a new client in the Logistifie Dispatch System, it's important to understand the small but key differences in the forms for Corporate, Sub-Contractor, and Individual clients.

Corporate vs. Sub-Contractor Clients

  1. Both Corporate and Sub-Contractor client forms are identical in structure.
  2. They start with Company Name as the primary identifier.

 Individual Clients


  1. The Individual client form has a slightly different layout.
  2. It starts with First Name and Last Name instead of a company name.
  3. The Billing Option section is optional for individuals.
  4. Ideal for clients booking personal rides or non-invoiced services.

💡 Note: While Corporate and Sub-Contractors are usually businesses or partners, Individual clients are usually personal users who may not need a billing account or credit setup.
