🏁 Summary
You can add drivers under three categories in Logistifie:
- Fleet Driver: Just a driver, no vehicle
- Owner Driver: A driver who owns a vehicle
- Subcontractor: A company offering both drivers and vehicles
Adding them properly helps with accurate job dispatching, vehicle tracking, and reporting.
Adding a Fleet Vehicle in Logistifie Dispatch System
Apart from managing drivers, the Drivers menu in Logistifie also includes a dedicated section called Fleet Vehicle. This feature allows admins to add and manage company-owned vehicles independently of driver profiles.
🔧 What is the Fleet Vehicle Section?
The Fleet Vehicle section is used to:
- Add company vehicles that can be assigned to any driver (Fleet, Owner, or Subcontractor)
- Maintain a central list of vehicles
- Upload documents and maintain vehicle records
✅ How to Add a New Fleet Vehicle
1. From the menu, go to Drivers > Fleet Vehicle
2. Click the “+ Vehicle” button
3. Fill in the required vehicle details
- Select Vehicle
- Vehicle Type & Model
- Registration Number
- Color
- Company Joining Date
- Vehicle Purchase Date
