In Logistifie, you can manage different types of tariffs to suit various ride types and customer needs. Each tariff is linked to a vehicle category, meaning every vehicle type (like Business Class, Van, SUV, etc.) can have its own pricing structure.

🔄 Available Tariff Types:

1. P2P (Point-to-Point):
   Distance-based pricing for regular trips between locations.
2. AD (Hourly / As Directed):
   Time-based pricing for hourly bookings or chauffeur-driven services.
3. Airport Tariff:
   Custom pricing for airport pickups and drop-offs.
4. Fixed Tariff:
   Set pricing for specific route-based or location-based trips.

We'll begin with P2P Tariff Setup, which lets you charge based on mileage from a start point to an end point within a coverage zone.

Follow these steps to configure distance-based pricing under the P2P tariff type:

• Choose the vehicle category from the list on the left (e.g., Business Class, Range Rover).
• Then select the appropriate coverage zone (e.g., London Central) from the dropdown.

Fill in the following fields to configure your hourly rates:

• Hourly Rate: The base charge per hour.
• Minimum Hours: Minimum number of hours for which the booking is valid.
• Additional Hour Charge: Cost per hour beyond the minimum hours.
• Miles Included: Number of miles included within the minimum booking period.
• Excess Mileage Charge: Cost per mile beyond the included miles.

💡 Use this to control both time and mileage billing in hourly rides.

The Airport Tariff section in Logistifie allows you to set specialized rates for airport pickups and drop-offs. Unlike other tariff types, this includes a map-based coverage area, enabling you to define tariffs based on geographic regions around an airport.

Each airport tariff is linked to a vehicle category and a coverage zone.

✅ Step 1: Go to Airport Tariff Page

1. Login to your Logistifie dashboard.
2. Click the company logo in the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to Tariff Management > Airport & Fixed Tariff.
4. Select the Airport Tariff tab.

🌍 Step 2: Select Coverage Zone & Define Airport Area

• Choose the Coverage Zone from the dropdown (e.g., London).
• Use the Search Address field to locate the airport or region.

• On the map:

  • Use Draw Circle or Draw Polyline to define the airport’s surrounding area.
  • You can also Reset Shape to redraw if needed.

🚘 Step 3: Select Vehicle Category

From the left panel, select the vehicle category (e.g., Business Class, Van, SUV) for which you're setting the tariff.

💰 Step 4: Define Distance-Based Charges

Add your pricing logic using mileage slabs:

1. Set a Min Charge from 0 miles.

2. Add up to 3 distance brackets with:

   • From and To fields
   • Per Mile Charges

📍 How to Add a Fixed Price Tariff in Logistifie

The Fixed Tariff feature allows you to set a pre-defined price for trips between two specific locations, regardless of distance or time. This is ideal for popular or frequently traveled routes (e.g., Hotel to Airport, City Center to Business Park, etc.).

Unlike other tariffs, Fixed Tariffs are not distance- or time-based, and they apply the same pricing structure to all customers for the defined route.

✅ Step 1: Go to Fixed Tariff Page

1. Login to your Logistifie dashboard.
2. Click the company logo on the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to Tariff Management > Airport & Fixed Tariff.
4. Select the Fixed Tariff tab.
   

📌 Step 2: Define the Fixed Route

• Use the Pick-Up and Drop-Up fields to enter the two locations between which this fixed tariff applies.
• You can save commonly used addresses by clicking the star icon next to the input fields.
  

🚘 Step 3: Set Tariffs for Each Vehicle Type

In the grid below, you will see all available vehicle categories. For each one (e.g., Business Class, Business Van, Range Rover, First Class), enter the following:

• Charge – Base fare for the route.
• Child Seat Charge – Additional fee per child seat, if applicable.
• Parking Included? – Select Yes or No depending on whether parking costs are part of the total.
• Additional Charge if Visa Versa? – If the return route (reverse direction) has different pricing, toggle this option accordingly.
• Additional Charge – Any other applicable fee (e.g., tolls, waiting time, zone fees).
  

⚙️ Step 4: Final Settings

• Status – Set the tariff to Active or Inactive as needed.

💾 Step 5: Save the Tariff

Once all fields are filled and reviewed, click the Submit button to save your Fixed Tariff entry.

Your Fixed Price Tariff is now live and applies to the selected pickup and drop-off route for each listed vehicle type.
